This release replaces the elliptic library with @noble/secp256k1 to fix advisory GHSA-848j-6mx2-7j84. Existing keys keep the same public key and SIN, so no new pairing is needed. KeyUtils now returns its own KeyPair type instead of elliptic's ec.KeyPair, and signatures are always low-S. The setup script now saves the private key and config files with owner-only permissions. Also includes dependency updates.
