## Overview

Updates a payout recipient.

## Parameters

| Parameter   | Description                                               |
| :---------- | :-------------------------------------------------------- |
| recipientId | The recipient id for the recipient to be updated.         |
| recipient   | A PayoutRecipient object with updated parameters defined. |
